Fixing materials

Screw plate for fixing the tracks to a closed beam or similar profile.

  • The plate is automatically brought into the correct angle by a notch on the underside
  • Elongated holes permit later alignment
  • Further fixing materials are not necessary if the joints are on the beams
  • There is also a version available for an I-profile

Rail connecting clips

  • Join two track rails to a single unit
  • Make joints outside beams possible

End stops

Roller protection at the loading side

  • Are used when the tracks at the loading end are not positioned on a beam
  • Protects the rollers from the forks of the FLT
  • Covers up sharp edges of the rails
  • Upper edge is 5mm lower than the rollers

End stop at the unloading side

  • Are used when the tracks at the unloading side are not positioned on a beam
  • Protects the rollers from the FLT
  • Covers up sharp edges of the rails
  • Upper edge is 5mm lower than the rollers
  • The pallet is gradually slowed down over the last 50mm to allow an especially smooth stop
