Longspan Racking
This system is similar to pallet racking consisting of ready made-up frames with various carrying capacities and a selection of beams for different types of cladding in varying strengths which lock into the frames providing stability throughout the installation so that diagonal bracing is not required.
Beams can be clad with:
- steel panels
- profile panels
- chipboard
The slots in the frames enable beams to be set or adjusted at 50mm increments.
The bay width varies according to the length of the beam and can extend as far as 3000mm.
Frames can be side-clad with wire mesh or louvred panels for plastic bins.
Surface treatment:
Powder coated with epoxy resin-based paint
- frames: graphite grey RAL 7021
- all other parts: light grey RAL 7035
