Strapping machine
Modern technology, robust construction and extremely short strapping cycles are the hallmarks of this strapping machine. It is fitted with 4 castors and time-tested mechanical stops; the table is made of non-rusting sheet steel.
The machine is used for varying carton sizes and adapts automatically to the required carton dimensions.
Packages with varying dimensions as well as batches of the same size can be worked fully automatically.
The safe, resilient heat seal is applied with a thermal resistor. The strapping tension can be adjusted manually with a selector switch which corresponds to the quality of the strapping material being used and the package being worked.

Control
Photo sensors measure the front and rear edges of the carton and position it for strapping. One or two strapping operations are possible.
Strapping speed
- For one strapping operation: approx. 8 seconds per carton*
- For two strapping operations: approx. 10 Seconds per carton*

Equipment
The standard machine is fitted with castors and a mechanical stop.
A practically automatic band feed and fully automatic loop ejection.
Table fitted with parallel mounted entry and discharge conveyor belts driven by an AC motor.
Belt speed approx. 0.25m/second
Standard equipment includes a potential-free contact.
Strapping material
The machine is set for polypropylene strapping (Brüninghaus article-no.: 8110 or. 8112) from 10mm to 12mm.
The plastic strapping dispenser is located inside the machine to save space.
Option
Pneumatic aluminium holding-down device with masked, straight-line cylinder with a 600mm lift (controlled by integrated SPC).
