Fully automatic rotor stretch machine
Fully automatic rotating arm machine for top performance. Standard equipment includes an infinitely adjustable, electronically regulated power stretch system. The machine can be used for almost all possible applications thanks to a wide variety of accessories.
Work speed
The work speed of the machine adapts automatically to the actual quantity of pallets. This guarantees less wear and tear and therefore longer trouble-free operation.
Operation/Visual
Operation and error reporting via a Operator Panel with many stored help texts.
Software times, counting function, etc have been made accessible and adjustable for authorized personnel using the operator panel and without having to use a programming device.
Maintenance and greasing intervals are shown on the Operator Panel which also shows what must be done.
Stretching system
A real dual-motor stretching system, infinitely adjustable even during the packing cycle. . A brake for the film, which causes a great deal of wear and tear, is no longer needed.
Film consumption
Film consumption indicator: the amount of film needed for each individual pallet and the amount of film consumed over a certain period are shown.
Stretchwrapping
A device for applying stretchfilm from the bottom to the top during the winding operation. Improves the bonding between the pallet and the stack on the pallet enormously. The FLT pockets in the pallet are not covered up. Important when handling pallets in automatic sky racks (only in connection with pallet lifting device)./p>
Protection classification
The slip ring transmitter for transferring electrical energy onto the rotary arm of the machine is a masked unit with IP protection classification. This means that it is protected not only against dust but also water spray.
