Repository for empty pallets
Controlled and secure storage of pallets can save scarce and expensive production space. Short time cycles and the ergonomic handling of pallets bring advantages to staff and internal procedures. Injury to workers from the heavy pallets (weights between 22kg and 40kg per pallet) and cumbersome pallets are eliminated. Especially suitable for packing areas and order-picking lines.
The pallet repository serves as a pallet dispenser storing 15 empty pallets. The guide frame is made of aluminium and steel. Pallets are separated by pneumatically controlled picker arms at the front.
