4-Strand drive belt transfer
A drive belt transfer is used wherever the goods have to be transferred from one conveyor to an adjacent one at an angle of 90°. This movement is carried out by lifting the goods from the surface of the rollers with a 10mm wide drive belt projecting through the rollers and the subsequent traversing movement.
The drive belts for this traversing movement are driven by a drum motor (external diameter 113mm) and geared rings located on the outside.
The uniformly applied power is achieved with a compact pneumatic cylinder.
