Drive Belt Conveyor
Drive belt conveyor model 4210 is designed for small product handling e.g. boxes, cartons, single items, and so on. Attractive design, innovative materials such as aluminium alloy and high quality plastics have been essentially used for this conveyor. If a conveyor is required for limited quantities of heavy loads, the standard model can be converted to take two or more strands.
Construction
Goods being transported can accumulate during fixed cycle or work cycle operations whether the conveyor is a complete structure or is built up of modules joined together.
Drive
Central power take-off with integrated voltage station; direct drive motor 3/400V/50Hz. Speed can be regulated by a frequency converter on request.
Aluminium sections
The use of extruded, anodised aluminium sections (120mm high) with elongated grooves making it easy to fix vastly differing components, means that this conveyor can be used in many different areas not only to handle small products by also for special applications e.g. in the assembly area.
Floor supports
Aluminium sections; adjustable in height, can be supplied with wheels on request. Load capacity: up to 100kg/m depending on number of strands and drive.
