Cantilever Racking
Cantilever racking is intended to store long items, planks and other cumbersome goods and in particular long profiles, metal and plastic pipes as well as beams or wooden beading. Cantilever racking is important where fast and simple access to a wide range of goods is called for.
Frames:
- single or double racking.
- frames perforated in the height at increments of 100mm.
- outriggers and frames welded; outriggers equipped with tyre protection.
- longtitudinal stability through bolted horizontal anchor plates and bracing with spanner nuts.
Cantilever arms:
Cantilever arms lock into position (boltless)
advantages :
- bay height easily adjustable
- quadruple tongues on cantilever arms ensure safety
- less likelihood of damage by fork lif trucks
Material:
Frames and arms made of I-profiles in accordance with DIN1025 (100% material). Connectors on cantilever arms forged and calibrated.
Surface treatment:
Standard colours: RAL7035 light grey, RAL5010 gentian blue (standard), RAL 5015 sky blue, RAL 6001 emerald green, RAL7015 slate grey, RAL2002 blood orange.
