Inauguration of the most modern document archive in Germany (September 2006)
The Brambles Group, one of the largest corporations in Australia with Head Office in Sydney, sees promising prospects for Hamburg in the future and is making long-term investments in the Hanseatic city. Through its sister company, Recall Deutschland, Brambles has opened the most modern archive for document storage in Germany.
The new brake roller from Saar Lagertechnik (August 2006)
The new brake roller from Saar Lagertechnik was developed using the latest plastics plus practical experience gained in the manufacture of mechanical transmissions during a period stretching over more than a decade. The new brake roller is intended for live storage racking where a maximum of 20 Euro-pallets per hour / per channel are moved, as well as for excessive use in Goods Out warehouses where up to 50 Euro-pallets per hour may be moved in every channel.
Carrier-Push-Back (June 2006)
The Carrier-push-back system is an assembly of carriers that are joined together and moved on tracks. The steel profiles forming the tracks are inclined making it easier for the pallets to move along. The heights of the carriers differ enabling new pallets to find the right carrier.
